With extensive experience in business, civil society and international institutions including the big-gest conglomerates in Turkey such as Sabancı and Zorlu Groups, Ender is working as an associate consultant at S360.
Until recently, he has served as Corporate Communications Manager and Sustainability Committee General Secretary at Zorlu Holding, operating in the fields of textiles, consumer electronics, information technologies, consumer durables, energy, real estate and metallurgy. Prior to joining Zorlu Holding, he worked as the Communications and External Affairs Advisor to the Chairman of Akbank, one of the most valuable companies and the most valuable brand in Turkey as of 2017.
He also served as an advisor at the EU and BUSINESSEUROPE representation office of the Turk-ish Industrialists’ and Business Association’s (TUSIAD) in Brussels, working in EU affairs as an accredited lobbyist at the European Parliament, and representing the Turkish business community in various committees such as social affairs, telecommunications, energy and Custom Union. Dur-ing his stay in Brussels, he also worked as a consultant in EU affairs and advised many companies and institutions such as Istanbul Chamber of Commerce and also participated at the European Commission’s traineeship programme.
Ender holds an MA in European Affairs and a BA in Political and Social Sciences from the Institut d‘etudes politiques de Paris (Sciences Po); a Maitrise and a BA in Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He also studied Business Administration at Galatarasay University in Istanbul.
He speaks Turkish, English, French, basic Spanish and German. In 2012, he was granted the "Marshall Memorial Fellowship" by the “German Marshall Fund of the United States", a leadership development program created in 1982 to introduce a new generation of leaders from both sides of the Atlantic for transatlantic relations.
